(Monsters of Rock is a hard rock and heavy metal music festival. It was originally held annually in Castle Donington, England, from 1980 to 1996, taking place every year except 1989 and 1993.)

 

Eliminator is the eighth studio album by American (Houston, Texas) rock band ZZ Top. It was released on March 23, 1983. Producer Bill Hamm.

 

 Misplaced Childhood is the third studio album by the English (from Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire ) neo-prog art  pop band Marillion, released on June 17,1985. ProducerChris Kimsey. Misplaced Childhood is the group's most commercially successful album, peaking immediately at #1 in the UK charts and spending a total of 41 weeks on the chart. Misplaced Childhood was listed as the sixth best album of 1985 by Kerrang! and chosen as the fourth greatest concept album of all time by Classic Rock in 2003.

 

7800° Fahrenheit is the second studio album by American (from Sayreville, New Jersey) hard rock pop band Bon Jovi. It was released on March 27, 1985. Producer Lance Quinn.  It was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). 

 

  Ride the Lightning is the second studio album by the American (from Los Angeles. CA) thrash heavy metal band Metallica, released on July 27, 1984. Producer Metallica - Flemming Rasmussen - Mark Whitaker It is the last album to feature songwriting contributions from former lead guitarist Dave Mustaine, and the first to feature contributions from successor Kirk Hammett. 

Invasion of Your Privacy is the second studio album by American (from Hollywood, California) heavy glam metal band Ratt. It was released on May 30,1985. Producer Beau Hill. Loudwire ranked the album as the 8th best metal album of 1985.

 

 

On a Storyteller's Night is the fifth studio album by the English progressive rock, melodic hard rock band Magnum, released on 13 May 1985. Producer Kit Woolven (who has produced albums for Phil Lynott, David Gilmour and Thin Lizzy).The album is widely considered to be Magnum's breakthrough album, and remains its best-selling album to date.
