The Who Live: The Blues To The Bush 1999 is a live album by English (from London) rock band The Who recorded at the House of Blues in Chicago on 12 and 13 November 1999, and at the Empire Theatre, Shepherd's Bush on 22 and 23 December 1999. It was sold exclusively from the now defunct MusicMaker.com. Released on Avril 1, 2000.

Rock Art and the X-Ray Style is the debut album by English rock band Joe Strummer and the Mescaleros, released on October 19, 1999. Producers: Antony Genn & Richard Norris. To promote the album, Strummer embarked on his first tour in ten years which included his first North American tour since 1989.
