First Impressions of Earth is the third studio album by American (from New York) rock band The Strokes. It was released on December 30, 2005. Producer David Kahne - Gordon Raphael. First Impressions of Earth entered the UK Albums Chart at number one, the Strokes' first album at the top spot, and has received gold certification.
