Q: Are We Not Men? A: We Are Devo! is the debut studio album by the American New wave, Punk, Synth-pop band Devo. It was originally released in August 28, 1978. Producer Brian Eno - David Bowie (add.). Also Released on March 18, 2009 Remaster; Deluxe Edition. This album was a seminal touchstone in the development
of American new wave. It was one of the first pop albums to use
synthesizers as an important textural element, an innovation that began
to lay the groundwork for the synthesizer-pop explosion that would
follow very shortly.
