Choosing Mental Illness as a Virtue is the second solo album by American (from New Orleans, Louisiana) , heavy metal, groove metal, sludge metal, black metal, death metal band Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals (best known as the vocalist former Pantera , Down & Superjoint Ritual frontman Phil Anselmo). It was released on January 26, 2018 under Anselmo's own label, Housecore Records. Produced by Phil Anselmo. Anselmo is regarded as one of the greatest frontmen in metal history.

 

Walk Through Exits Only is the debut solo album by American (from New Orleans, Louisiana) , heavy metal, groove metal, sludge metal, black metal, death metal band Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals (best known as the vocalist former Pantera , Down & Superjoint Ritual frontman Phil Anselmo). It was released on July 16, 2013 under Anselmo's own label, Housecore Records. Produced by Michael Thompson - Phil Anselmo. This album has been compared to Pantera's 1996 album The Great Southern Trendkill due to Anselmo's extreme vocals and very heavy guitar riffs.
