** Both concerts were filmed by an Apple Films crew of five,
led by Marc's big mate Ringo Starr. Meanwhile producer Tony Visconti
was recording the sound in the Rolling Stones' mobile recording facility
parked outside. The concerts shot that day are the only surviving
professionally filmed complete T. REX **
* The Evening Concert ticket had "2" across them, whereas the Matinee ticket had "1" so as help the commissionaires admit people for the correct show. All the time of filming, the project was called "T. Rex In Concert" and only became "Born To Boogie" later on. *

The Slider is a studio album by Marc Bolan's band T. Rex (formed in 1967 by singer/songwriter and guitarist Marc Bolan), the seventh since their debut as Tyrannosaurus Rex in 1968, and the third under the name T. Rex. It was released on July 21, 1972. Producer Tony Visconti. This album received acclaim from critics, and reached number 4 in the UK charts and number 17 in the US.
Electric Warrior is the second studio album by the English rock band T. Rex (formed in 1967 by singer/songwriter and guitarist Marc Bolan), their sixth since their debut as Tyrannosaurus Rex in 1968. The album marked a turning point in the band's sound, on electric rock & roll known as glam rock. Released on September 24, 1971. Producer Tony Visconti.The album reached number 1 on the UK charts and became the best selling album of 1971. The single "Get It On" reached the top ten in the US Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.
