Medicine Show is the second studio album by American (from Los Angels, California) psychedelic alternative rock band The Dream Syndicate, released on July 7, 1984. Producer Sandy Perlman. It remains a defining album of the 80s Paisley Underground scene and American underground rock. 
 

The Dream Syndicate – Medicine Show: I Know What You Like (Deluxe Edition) is 4xCD box set, collecting 42 Dream Syndicate tracks that span rare live recordings, radio sessions, rehearsals, demos, and previously unreleased material from 1983 to 1984. Released on October 17, 2025. Dream Syndicate have resurrected their old label Down There (now distributed by indie label Fire Records) and recovered the rights to their old recordings from the major label Universal to worthily celebrate the fortieth anniversary of their second album "The Medicine Show" (A&M, 1984).
 

How Did I Find Myself Here? is the fifth studio album, their first album, almost 30 years after the band's last album, and after three years of touring., by American (from Los Angels, California) psychedelic alternative rock band The Dream Syndicate, released on September 8, 2017. Produced by The Dream Syndicate and Chris Cacavas. The recording band included front man Steve Wyne and former band members, as well as a collaborator on Wynn's side projects. 
 

The Days Of Wine And Roses is the debut record and the debut full-length album by American (from Los Angels, California) psychedelic alternative rock band The Dream Syndicate, released on October 28, 1982. Producer Chris D. Classad #7 UK Independent Charts. It was released for the first time on CD in 1993
