The Human Fear i
s the sixth studio album (seven years after "
Always Ascending") by Scottish (from Glasgow) indie alternative rock band Franz Ferdinand, released on January 10, 2025. Producer Mark Ralph (the mastermind behind "Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action"). It is the band's first full studio album to feature guitarist Dino Bardot, who joined the band after the recording of 2018's Always Ascending, and drummer Audrey Tait, who replaced original member Paul Thomson in 2021

La Peur et le vent is the seventh studio album by French (from Bordeaux) pop rock band Eiffel, released on October 3, 2025. Producer Romain Humeau. Romain Humeau considers it as the fourteenth including Oobik and The Pucks, the cassette album Eiffel and his 5 solo albums which he wants to merge with the group. This album
is an album that blends genres and influences but it's still very much Eiffel, with the same ingredients as in the previous albums.
