Cry Tough is the second solo studio album by American (from Chicago, Illinois) roots blues rock snort songwriter musician multi-instrumentalist Nils Lofgren, released on June 1, 1976. Producer David Briggs - Al Kooper.The album charted on the US Billboard 200 for sixteen weeks and peaked at #32 on June 5, 1976.[4] On the UK albums chart, it peaked at #8. No singles from the album charted in either country. Along with his work as a solo artist, he has been a member of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band since 1984, a member of Crazy Horse, and the founder and frontman of the band Grin.
