Solid State Survivor is the second studio album by Japanese (from Tokyo) synth-pop electronic music band Yellow Magic Orchestra, released in September 25, 1979. Producer Haruomi Hosono. Solid State Survivor won the Best Album Award at the 22nd Japan Record Awards.This was YMO's most successful album in Japan.
