White Mice was self-released as their first single by English all-female post-punk band Mo-dettes, released on December 1, 1979. Produced by Mo-Dettes. The single was distributed by Rough Trade and was a hit on the indie charts.
The Story So Far is the sole studio album by English all-female post-punk band Mo-dettes, released in 1980. Produced by Roger Lomas. The album chiefly consisted of pop-punk originals, as well as covers of The Rolling Stones "Paint It, Black" and Édith Piaf's "Milord".
Where's Captain Kirk? is a fourth single released by punk/new wave band Spizzenergi, who had previously been known as Spizzoil. It was released on December 1, 1979 on the Rough Trade Records label and spent seven weeks at the top of the UK Indie Singles Chart (Their first one band). Produced by Spizz - Mark Coalfield.
