Uprising is the twelfth studio album by Jamaican (from Kingstone) reggae band led by Bob Marley and the Wailers, released on June 10, 1980. Producer Chris Blackwell - Bob Marley. Marley died the following year, and Uprising was the final studio album released during his lifetime. This album is one of Marley's most, culminating in the acoustic recording of "Redemption Song".
