Tattoo You is the 16th British and 18th American studio album by the English (from London) rock band The Rolling Stones, released on August 24, 1981 by Rolling Stones Records. The album is mostly composed of studio outtakes recorded during the 1970s, and contains one of the band's most well-known songs, "Start Me Up", which hit number two on the US Billboard singles charts. The album proved to be both a critical and commercial success upon release, reaching the top of the US Billboard 200. Producer The Glimmer Twins.
Freeze-Frame is the tenth studio album by American (from Worcester, Massachusetts) rock band The J. Geils Band, and the last one to feature original vocalist Peter Wolf. The album was released on October 26, 1981, by EMI Records. It reached number one on the United States Billboard 200 album chart in February 1982, and remained at the top for four weeks. The album featured the hit singles "Centerfold" (No. 1 US; No. 3 UK) and "Freeze Frame" (No. 4 US). "Angel in Blue" also reached the US Top 40. Producer Seth Justman.
