Impurity is the fifth studio album by English (from Bradford, West Yorkshire) punk rock band New Model Army, released on September 1, 1990. Produced by New Model Army - Pat Collier. It was the first album without bassist Jason Harris, who had been replaced by Peter Nice (better known as "Nelson"). It was the band's last studio album with EMI. The album reached #23 on the UK albums chart in October 1990. Violinist Ed Alleyne-Johnson was again a collaborator. It also contained the guitar work of Adrian Portas. Three singles.
