 (Wherever We May Roam Tour was the sixth concert tour (Start Date August 1st, 1991 - End Date December 18, 1992) by American Heavy Metal band Metallica, beginning in the fall of 1991. The tour would span three years, overlap the Monsters of Rock '91 Tour, Guns N' Roses/Metallica Stadium Tour in 1992 and Nowhere Else To Roam Tour to end in 1993. The tour supported the band's fifth and most successful album to date Metallica. In that gig, Metallica performed "Sad But True" & "Enter Sandman" live for the first time! .)
 

Metallica (also known as The Black Album) is the eponymously titled fifth studio album by the American (from Los Angeles) heavy metal band Metallica. It was released on August 12, 1991, through Elektra Records to critical acclaim. Producer James Hetfield - Bob Rock - Lars Ulrich. Metallica featured in Q magazine's August 2000 list of the "Best Metal Albums of All Time". Metallica produced five hit singles that are considered today among the band's best-known songs: "Enter Sandman", "The Unforgiven", "Nothing Else Matters", "Wherever I May Roam", and "Sad but True"
