The Truth Hurts is the second studio album by American (fromAmerica, New York City) heavy metal band Pro-Pain, released in 1994. Produce by Gary Meskil. This album was initially banned due to the sleeve artwork, featuring a picture of a stitched-up woman after an autopsy.
