Greetings from the Gutter is the debut solo studio album by English alternative indie rock and pop blues, funky musician, songwriter Dave Stewart (after frontman David A. Stewart's departure from Eurythmics), somewhere between the brilliant pop of Eurythmics and the terrible pub rock of Spiritual Cowboy. Released on September 1994. Producer Dave A. Stewart. Following two anemic-selling albums with his post-Eurythmics outfit, the Spiritual Cowboys, and definately the high-point of guitar player Dave Stewart's solo career. The album was not a commercial success but it is a some of Stewart's warmest.
Home is the début solo-album by English rock new wave, ska singer songwriter mucisian Terry Hall (lead singer of the 2-tone band the Specials), released on September 12, 1994 and re-issue on October 30, 1995. Producer Ian Broudie. The album was critically acclaimed when released but was not a commercial success.
