  Outside (sometimes referred to as 1.Outside) is the twentieth studio album by  by English (from London) singer, songwriter, record producer, painter and actor David Bowie on Virgin Records. It is a concept album released on September 26, 1995. The album was Bowie's reunion with Brian Eno, whom Bowie had worked with most famously on his Berlin Trilogy in the 1970s. Producer David Bowie - Brian Eno - David Richards. At nearly 75 minutes, it is Bowie's longest studio album
