Stato di necessità is the fourth studio album by Italian (from Catania) pop, folk, world, & country singer songwriter musician Carmen Consoli. Released on February 22, 2020. Producer Francesco Virlinzi. It is the singer-songwriter's most commercially successful album, one of the 10 Italian albums of the decade 2000-2009, Carmen Consoli being the only female singer in the chart. While it’s not as rocking as her previous disc, it’s certainly as moody and just oozes melancholy.
