Karmacode is the fourth studio album by Italian (from Milano) gothic metal alternative band Lacuna Coil, released on March 31, 2006. Producer Waldemar Sorychta. Reducing their "gothic" sound, Karmacode combines nu metal-esque riffs with hard rock and female vocals, although keep the melody they are known for. The album is considered a blend of classical and modern rock which is notably heavier and more metallic than previous releases. It peak on #28  in Bilboard 200. The track "Enjoy the Silence" is a cover version of the song by Depeche Mode.
