House of Gold & Bones - Part 1 is the fourth studio album by American rock band Stone Sour, and is the first part of a double concept album. The album was released on October 22, 2012 in the United Kingdom and October 23, 2012 in the United States. It was recorded simultaneously with House of Gold & Bones - Part 2, which is set for release in early 2013. It is the first Stone Sour album without bass player Shawn Economaki, who left the band in 2012.
