The Velvet Underground and Nico is the debut studio album by the American (from new York) art experimental rock band The Velvet Underground and the German singer Nico (real name Christa Päffgen) , released on March 1, 1967. Producer Andy Warhol - Tom Wilson. It later became regarded as one of the most influential albums in rock and pop music and one of the greatest albums of all time.
