Santana IV is the twenty-third studio album by Mexican-American (from San Francisco) rock band Santana (with guitarist and songwriter Carlos Santana) and the fourth album by almost the entire Woodstock-era classic Santana lineup, released on April 15, 2016 and marks the first time in 45 years – since 1971's multi-platinum classic Santana III – that the quintet has recorded together.
