~ ON THE BOARDS TOUR 1970 ~

On the Boards is the second album by Irish (from Cork) rock band Taste (founded by songwriter and guitarist Rory Gallagher who left the band in 1970), released on January 1, 1970. Producer Tony Colton. It is their final studio album and the release that brought Rory Gallagher to prominence, reaching number 18 on the UK Albums Chart.
Rory Gallagher was destined to go solo (one of the greatest guitar players of all time, irreplaceable). Good album overall, nobody does music like this anymore!
