=1 is the twenty-third studio album by English (from London) hard rock heavy metal band Deep Purple, released on July 19, 2024. Producer Bob Ezrin - James Paice. It is their first album with guitarist Simon McBride, who replaced Steve Morse in 2022. It is also the band's fifth collaboration with producer Bob Ezrin, who has produced every Deep Purple album since 2013's Now What?! It captures the band's pioneering classic sound without relying on nostalgia, embodying the essence and attitude of their 70s incarnation perhaps more than any other recent album.
Machine Heas is the sixth studio album by English (from London) hard rock heavy metal band Deep Purple, released on March 30, 1972. It is the band's third album to feature the Mark II line-up of Ritchie Blackmore, Ian Gillan, Roger Glover, Jon Lord, and Ian Paice. Producer Deep Purple. Machine Head reached #1 in its second week on the UK Albums Chart, remaining there for two weeks before returning in May 1972 for a further week. In the US, during its initial release in 1972, the album reached # 34; the album then peaked at # 7 in 1973 when "Smoke on the Water" became a hit, and Machine Head remained on the Billboard charts for over two years
Mother of the Sun is the eleventh studio album by American (from San Francisco, California) psychedelic progressive rock band Jefferson Starship (a group of musicians including former members of Jefferson Airplane). It was released on August 22, 2020. Producer Jefferson Starship.
