Hard Bargain is the twenty-sixth studio album by American (from Birmingham, Alabama, US)  country music singer-songwriter Emmylou Harris, released on April 26, 2011.  Producer Jay Joyce. The album is her fourth solo recording for Nonesuch Records. And it debuted at # 3 on the U.S. Billboard Top Country Albums. ("Hard Bargain" is an album that combines Emmylou Harris's wonderfully evocative voice with songs that she has written.
