Empire is the second album album by English (from Leicester) rock band Kasabian, released in September 4, 2006. Producer Jim Abbiss - Kasabian. The album went on to No. 1 in the UK Albums Chart upon its release and was preceded by the release of new single « Empire ». Empire was the first full Kasabian album to feature drummer Ian Matthews, who was recruited in 2005. Lead songwriter and guitarist Christopher Karloff left the band in early 2006.

 
Costello Music is the debut album by Scottish (from Glasgow) indie rock band The Fratellis. It was released on September 11, 2006. Produced by Tony Offer.It won the 2007 BRIT Award for Best British Breakthrough Act.and it peaking at #2 in the UK Albums Chart and spent 83 weeks in the Top 100.

is the eleventh studio album by English (from Birmingham) new wave band Duran Duran. It was released on September 28, 2004. It was Duran Duran's first studio album since Pop Trash (2000), and the first (and to date, last) full album since Seven and the Ragged Tiger (1983) to be recorded by the most famous five-member lineup of the band (the stand-alone 1985 single "A View to a Kill" was their last studio recording together).
